Dr Sally Hanson to Retire

Posted on:

It is with mixed feelings that we announce that Dr. Sally Hanson will retire from general practice at the end of April.

Dr Hanson has spent the last 30 years at KAMP; she has always shown real compassion as a doctor and has undoubtedly made a real difference to the many lives she has touched. Sally has been a valued colleague and friend who will be deeply missed by everyone who has had the privilege of working with her.

After 42 years of dedicated service in the NHS, her decision to retire marks the end of a remarkable career. Dr Hanson is particularly well known for her good humour, wide smile and willingness to go the extra mile to care for her patients.

As Dr. Hanson hangs up her stethoscope, she has shared with us how much she has enjoyed her time at KAMP and with our patients. She is looking forward to spending more time with her family, tending to her dahlias, and enjoying her newly renovated home.

Please join me in thanking Dr Hanson for her years of dedication and service. We will all miss her, and we wish her nothing but the best in this next chapter of her life.
