New Phone System!
KAMP are delighted to announce the installation of a new telephone system. This will mean the end of waits to get through at busy times as patients can ask the super-clever new system to keep their place in the queue and call back when someone is free to take the call.
The switch to the new phone system will happen on Thursday 24 March. It is a cloud-based GP telephony system, built to meet the current and future needs of primary care, with the purpose of enhancing the call experience of our patients.
We have done as much we can to ensure the switch over goes smoothly, and whilst we do not anticipate any significant disruption to our telephone lines on the day, please bear with us as we transition to the new system.
