How We Can Provide Support

– Mental Health Support: Assistance in managing stress, anxiety, low mood, or overall emotional well-being. This includes access to counselling, therapy, and community-based mental health support groups.
– Physical Activity: Support in joining local exercise groups, walking clubs, or developing personalised plans to enhance physical fitness and activity levels.
– Addressing Loneliness: Resources to help connect individuals with local social groups, volunteering opportunities, or befriending services, aimed at reducing isolation and fostering new social connections.
