If you feel that your medical need is clinically urgent for today, our Patient Navigators can add you to the medically urgent list and you will receive a telephone call the same day to discuss your issue and a plan will be made for your treatment as appropriate.
A dedicated team of paramedics, senior prescribing nurses and GPs is on hand every week day to provide same day treatment during opening hours.
Please be available to receive a call on your preferred contact number. We will call a second time if we do not reach you on the first attempt.

KAMP do not have an 8.30am rush on the phones as many practices do, however it helps if you ring earlier rather than later in the day.
After 3.30pm, you will be advised to ring us the following day, or to call 111 if you cannot wait.
In 2023, 25% of all consultations at KAMP were provided on the same day.
